Squeeze

These pictures make me want to just squeeze her. =) We had a warmer day yesterday so Emilee got to play outside all afternoon. It's cold again today so I'm sure we'll be inside most of the day. We take advantage of the warmer days. (I'm sure I'll be complaining about how hot it is this summer.. sorry)

For the last couple of days I have been trying to get a picture of her saying "oooo", her little mouth is just "o" so cute.

She got so excited when she saw Granny and Aunt Barbara pulling in the driveway.

Emilee is still coughing, mostly at night, she hasn't had anymore fever and her runny nose is SO much better. We are doing breathing treatments now so if her cough doesn't get any better it's off to the Dr. we go. =(

Redo..

I have decided that if the last four days are anything as to how this year is going to be then I request a 'redo'. Emilee has been sick since 1:30 AM of the new year. Finally slept through the night again last night after coughing for an hour while trying to go to sleep. Poor baby! I finally got her up for a drink of water to try and help a little, I think that she thought I was crazy for bringing her sippy cup into her room..  she just looked at me but eventually drank some. She did cough and gag and spit some up, so we had to get a new blanket and some medicine, but she finally fell asleep.  I feel so bad for her. Then to top it off I woke up this morning with it. Nice! She seems to be ok during the day, still playing and being her silly self it's just made for a rough couple of nights. I guess I am really spoiled because I have a great sleeper. Hopefully she's on the mend.

Hopefully once we get over this we'll be on our way to a great new year.

Happy New Year! I had the little hats from last year so I thought that I would make sure and get a picture to compare to last year.

I was the sparkler Queen

She's mad because she wanted to hold it, so I tried to let her....  she didn't want to hold it on the end she was suppose to... she wanted to grab the 'fire' side... the actually sparkling part so she was MAD because I wouldn't let her burn herself.

We had fun with nothing but sparklers and plan to do it all over again tonight.
