Meet Emilee...

These are the best pictures from our 3D ultrasound. After two tries she still had that one hand up in front of her face, so we took what we could get.

Poor Jillian

Poor Miss Jillian... She has a broken arm. Thankfully she only has to wear her cast for 2 weeks, because little ones bones heal faster.

Skeet Shooting

We celebrated Dave's birthday over the weekend by shooting skeet down in the pasture. His birthday is actually today, but we took advantage of everyone being off over the weekend.

Just one of us from Saturday. I watched from the Rhino in the shade and keep score for the skeet shooting game.

Mom was the thrower. I don't think that's a word, but that's what she did. She got a nice work-out for her arms.

I just think these are neat pictures.

This red one is down in our pasture... there are two of them growing side by side and that's all I have seen.

No Luck

We had our regular Dr's appt today. Baby Montgomery is growing right on track and her heart beat was in the upper 120's and 130's. This afternoon we went to Peek-a-baby for the 3D ultrasound. BUT... she was being hard headed and slept the whole time with her hand in front of her face. Since we didn't really get any good pictures today, they allow us to come back two more times for another try. We'll be trying again next Wednesday so we'll have to wait until then to share any pictures.

Mom and the Cows

When Mom is at her hand therapy she tells the ladies there about feeding the cows and working in the yard. The cows needed hay, so while mom was putting hay out I took a few pictures for her to take with her to therapy.

Bow Fishing after the rain

Lots of rain makes for a fun filled day the next day... since the creek was out of it's banks in the pastor, Dave and Chance took advantage of the excess water and went bow fishing.

This is an 'action' shot if you look closely at Chance, he is in mid-shot.

This was the biggest fish of the afternoon. Chance had one that ran a close race, but Dave's was a little bigger.

And the last one before they started to clean them so that they could grill one to see what it tastes like. These are Carp, which most people consider a 'trash' fish, but for those that tasted it they found it to be pretty yummy.

The Farm

Chance and I spent a long weekend at the farm at Lake Limestone with Nan and Aunt Mary. No cell service, no TV.. it was nice and quiet and it's crappie season so of course lots of fishing.

Headed to the Farm. I had mom take a picture of us before we left for the weekend.

This is Aunt Mary aka Mamalu's Farm house that we stayed at.

Although it rained all day Friday, we fished in between rain showers and even some in the rain. This was our catch for Friday night.

They also had a variety of 'unwanted' animals that they wanted Chance to take care of while he was there, so along with our bags for the weekend he also took guns and his bow. This is the hog that he killed the first night. He also took care of two squirells, an opossum and a skunk.

It finally stopped raining Saturday around noon so we took full advantage of the sunshine and went fishing again that afternoon. This is Nan and Aunt Mary fishing off the bridge. The fish decieded that they didn't want to bite on Saturday but we had fun trying anyways.

We went riding around on the property Saturday evening and found this huge patch of blue bonnets on a well site that was padded, but never anything put on it. Jersey had a blast running around chasing the butterflies, it was really entertaining to watch.

Since the fish weren't biting we took a trip over to 'M' Ranch to look at deer.

4 Years Today!

Today is Our Anniversary. We have been married for four years! A look back in pictures coming sometime today. =) But for now I have to get ready for work.

This is us today. Horrible picture.. Chance was working and I just got spray tanned, but it was on the actually day so that's ok. =)

Working Hard...

Bowfishing... this is his latest way of passing time at work while the pager is silent. It's a good picture of him though.

Chance's Fish

After Chance dropped Jersey off at the Vet for her surgery last week he went fishing out behind my office. I have been meaning to post a couple of the pictures that he took with his phone. I think that he said he caught 12 Crappie and 5 bass.

Jersey's Home

We took Jersey to the Vet yesterday to have her fixed and get her hernia fixed at the same time. We were suppose to be able to pick her up after 4:00 yesterday afternoon. Chance went to pick her up and they told him that they were going to keep her over night because they had to give her extra medicine to keep her under during the surgery, so we missed our puppy last night. But I went and picked her up this morning and other than her moving around a little slower than normal she is just fine. She almost acts like nothing happened, still running around and playing.

On the other hand, I'm completely annoyed about the crib that we found. We finally found the one that we liked, but we wanted to still think about it for a few days before ordering it... BAD IDEA!!! I have found about 10 websites that carry the crib, but EVERY single one of them either say "out of stock" or "unavailable at this time"... I'm so incredibly annoyed about it right now. I was ready to order it today. Now I'm not sure what we are going to do. I guess watch the websites and hopefully they will be "available soon"

Glucose Test

I passed my glucose screening test. As soon as I got to the office this morning I check for lab results and they were in! So no gestational diabetes. Which I'm extremely happy about.. no finger pricks three or four times a day. =)

1st April Check Up

Chance and I went to my doctor's visit this morning. Baby is growing well. I did my one hour glucose test this morning so we'll have to wait and see how that went. On the same visit that we do those labs Dr. Nichols gives out a teddy bear with the baby's heartbeat recorded. I've posted a video of the bear if anyone wants to listen. The heartbeat was about 160 and going strong. Our visits will be every two weeks now so we'll have another one on the 22nd.

Bluebonnet Pictures Finally

We finally went and took a couple of blue bonnet pictures Saturday evening. I completely forgot to take the remote to my camera, so I had Chance sit and then I would set the 10 second timer and run uphill trying not to step on the other flowers and would barely make it to the spot. But we did get a couple of good ones.

We even took Jersey with us to take some of her. The flowers were actually taller than she was so it was really hard to get her to sit still. Most of the pictures of her she is running and are blurry. But we got two good ones.

Jillian's 2nd Bithday

Jillian's birthday is on the 11th of April but we had her party today. She is 2 already. We had a fun jump that matched perfectly to the invitations and the party decorations.

She was real sure about the whole singing to her. She just sat there looking at all of us while we sang Happy Birthday to her.

Quick story about the pink guns... Tucker has a pair that Jillian's likes to play with, so now she has her very own set in Pink... they are actually water guns but we didn't tell her (or Tucker) that part.

The next was cute... Dave handed her the directions while he opened the box and it actually looks like she is trying to tell him how to put it together.
