Bingo

Friday night we had a bingo night. Me, Mom, Renee & Aunt Brenda went out to Bingo Wonderland on 1960 to play Bingo with Tannie. We knew that since it was the first Friday of the month that it was going to be 'triple session'... what we didn't know was that they were actually have a 'quadruple session' that night. Let's just say that from now on if we go were going to a regular night.

Mom, Aunt Brenda and I left our house at 4:30 in the afternoon and picked Renee up on the way. Our intentions were to stop and eat and then meet Tannie and her coworker, Christina, up there. Tannie was planning on getting there at 5:30 and saving out seats. Tannie called us and said that should go ahead and come on because there were already sooo many people there and the lines were starting to form to buy the Bingo cards. None of us really knew what we were doing because we had never been before, but due to the great instructions that we got from Tannie (the bingo bag pro) she quickly got us on our way.

Because we were there this particular night... there were 12 games that were worth $600 and then four that were worth $700. Too bad none of us won anything. It would have been nice, but we had fun anyways... well most of us did. I think that Renee decided that about 2 hours of Bingo was enough for her... TOO BAD WE WERE THERE FOR 8 HOURS... YES.. we left the house at 4:30 and pulled back in our driveway at 2:30 AM.

The funniest thing was sitting at the stop light at I45 and 1097 and I looked around the truck and all three of my Bingo partners were snoozing.
