Or "hair flips" as is sounds like when Emilee says it. She has learned to open and close her clips. But today she managed to get one to actually stay in her hair. It was so funny to see the surprise on her face when she shook her head and it didn't call out. So she continued to put ALL of them in her hair (with a little help)
