These are a few more pictures that we took on Mother's Day. We picked up pizza and went to eat dinner with Daddy. When Emilee asks for daddy which right now still comes out as Naa naa and I tell her that he's at work. She says "work... woo woo woo".. Of course getting her out of the fire truck was the problem.

Chicken Pen

Since Emilee got five chickens for Easter (well four hens and a rooster), Granny decided that she wanted to keep them and have them for eggs, so the last few days there has been a construction zone for the pen. Emilee loves to help and is a serious little copy cat.

She ran from the saw. Not afraid of the noise, but she would run and hide just for fun

Every day we have to hunt down some grass hoppers for her to feed to the chicks. It took her a few days to actaully pick them up and now she has NO problems with holding them. It's hard to see but she has one in her hand. Although I'm sure the grasshoppers are ready to be eaten after being held by her... still has that word 'easy' erased from her vocab.
